Therapist. Grief Advocate. Believer in the power of healing.
I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Folsom, CA. I got into this work because I believe healing is not just possible, it's something every person deserves access to.
My approach is rooted in the idea that you should feel heard, understood, and validated from the moment we connect. Whether you're carrying the weight of grief, recovering from a narcissistic relationship, navigating a difficult season as a couple, or healing from trauma, I'm here to meet you exactly where you are.
I draw on a variety of evidence-based modalities because no two people heal the same way, and your treatment should reflect you. I'm especially passionate about the power of music therapy, brainspotting, and DBT in helping people reconnect with themselves.
Outside of the therapy room, you'll find me creating spaces for real conversation through grief groups and my podcast Everything Considered, because I believe healing doesn't have to happen alone.
I work with individuals and couples navigating some of life's most challenging moments.
Brainspotting is a powerful brain-body approach that helps locate, focus, process, and release experiences and trauma that are stored in the body. It's gentle, effective, and meets you exactly where you are.
Grief comes in many forms: loss of a loved one, a relationship, an identity, a chapter of life. I hold space for all of it, without timelines or expectations, with deep compassion and zero judgment.
Recovering from a narcissistic relationship is a unique and often misunderstood journey. I help you reclaim your identity, rebuild your self-worth, and rediscover who you are outside of that relationship.
I work with couples to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate challenges together. Whether you're in crisis or simply wanting to deepen your connection, couples work can be transformative.
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I draw from multiple modalities to find what works best for you.
